Custom Balloons: Installation & Delivery Deposit

This $200 deposit will hold the date of your event.  This deposit is non-refundable.  If you need to reschedule your event it must be done so more than 2 weeks in advice of the event date.  We will use this amount as a credit toward the event.  Events canceled within 2 weeks of the event date will receive no refund.

No dates are held without the payment of a deposit.  Please select any time slot on your event to save the date (even if it is not the exact time of your event). Delivery and installation times will be finalized the week of your event based on your event start time. The rest of the invoice will be billed after we've finalized and agreed on the details of your balloon decor design.

Delivery and Installation Terms & Conditions: 

Booking deposits are non-refundable. By reserving your custom installation by deposit, you are agreeing to pay the remaining fee for your custom balloon creation as well as the following delivery and install fees. Payment will be due in full one week prior to your event date. Late payment will result in the cancellation of your booking. 

Please note, if you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and I would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.

Delivery Fee:
We have a minimum $15 delivery fee regardless of distance. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from our HQ (located in Scituate Harbor 02066) to your event location at $3 per mile. 

Installation Fee:
20% of your order subtotal (calculated prior to the delivery fee).

The Painted Balloon is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care.

 The Painted Balloon uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. 

Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.
